All of our products are printed on demand to ensure the highest quality and customization. Once you place your order, it will typically take 2-5 business days for processing and production before shipment.

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders within the United States. -
International Shipping:
We offer international shipping at an additional cost, which will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
3. Shipping Times

Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days after production, depending on your location. -
International:
International shipping times vary by destination and can take 10-20 business days or longer, depending on customs and local postal services.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s journey and get estimated delivery updates.
5. Delays and Issues
While we strive to meet all shipping deadlines, please note that shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather delays, customs processing for international orders, and postal service issues. 6. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen during transit, please notify us immediately at Info@ATCShirts.com. We’ll do our best to assist in locating the package or arranging a replacement, depending on the circumstances.
7. Customs and Duties (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their local government. Tower Threads has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
8. Changes to Shipping Address
If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at Info@ATCShirts.com. Once the order has been processed, we may not be able to modify the shipping address.
